Refund Policy

We want you to buy with confidence. This policy explains refunds and transfers for a course place from Ludivora.

Cooling-off

If you change your mind, contact us within 14 days of your order and before your access or program has started, and we'll refund you in full.

Once it has started

After a program, subscription period or download has begun, the cooling-off refund no longer applies because the service or content has been delivered. For scheduled programs you can usually transfer to a later date instead — just ask.

Subscriptions

You can cancel a recurring plan at any time; it stops at the end of the current paid period and isn't pro-rated for the unused part.

How to request

Email [email protected] from the address you ordered with, and tell us your order and reason. We aim to review requests within five working days and send eligible refunds back to your original payment method.

If something's wrong

If what you received doesn't match what we described, tell us — we'll fix it or refund it. This policy doesn't affect any statutory consumer rights you have in Poland.
